Since 2007 we have been supporting Samsung Electronics Austria nationwide in the area of merchandising. Our team's task is to ensure optimum product presence, presentation optimization, staff training and comprehensive data collection.

Countless other tasks such as event preparation and support, participation in specialist trade fairs, product roll-outs and sales and marketing support are also part of the remit of our merchandisers.

More than 50 permanent staff in Germany and Austria regularly support retailers from various different channels in order to help them implement Samsung's brand strategy consistently. The aim is to achieve an optimum and uniform POS image across all product areas, as well as the continual expansion of the network and the ongoing fostering of customer relationships.

Here, the merchandisers provide support with, among other things, shop floor development, and carry out training directly at the POS. The comprehensive management of the individual teams includes the planning of market visits, routes and deployments.

The range of services includes the areas of material management, logistics, reporting, employee training, quality control, and exhibition planning. In addition, the reporting and the sales and competition analyses are crucial for the successful implementation of the marketing campaign.

Since 2005 we have been able to sell more than six million individual devices with and for Samsung, and we achieved a sales increase of 14 percent between 2015 and 2016.
